Project Overview
VNBCA (vnbca.net) is the digital home for Vietnamese Baptist Church of Arlington — bilingual public site plus a full Church Portal admin for pastors, communications staff, and leadership.

Role & Delivery
Designed and built end-to-end as primary full-stack architect — product structure, i18n routing, Auth.js + app RBAC, Prisma/Neon data model, TipTap editorial, media on Cloudflare R2, and production deployment.

- Articles / Sermons — Bilingual CMS with TipTap sections, topics, status, and bilingual metadata
- Programs — Worship / Sunday School program builder with kinds, roles, templates, bulletin styles
- Members & access — Staff directory, duties (Admin, Editor, Finance, Reception…), house rules / access rights
- Helps — Verse card designer (Reels/landscape layers), source verse library, TV slides, prayer requests, forms, tickets, newsletter
- Ops — Neon Postgres, Auth.js credentials, TipTap editor, R2 uploads
